Welcome to Sag-AI®. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, platforms, websites, mobile apps, AI systems, and voice assistant Asena (collectively, "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and accept all responsibilities, obligations, and rights described herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Sag-AI in any form.

We are committed to building our platform on the foundation of lawful use, global compliance, user protection, and ethical AI development. These Terms exist to protect both you and Sag-AI, and to ensure the platform is used fairly, respectfully, and responsibly worldwide.

Who Can Use Sag-AI

To use Sag-AI, you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent required by law in your country. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or authorized educator.

If you use Sag-AI on behalf of an organization, business, institution, or government agency, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during sign-up or use of the platform is accurate and lawful. Sag-AI may suspend or restrict access if any eligibility requirements are violated.

Acceptable Use

Sag-AI is designed to be used responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully. You agree not to misuse, exploit, or abuse the platform, its services, or its users in any way.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Submitting harmful, misleading, unlawful, or exploitative content
• Using Sag-AI to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, breach, or bypass Sag-AI’s security systems
• Using the platform to spread malware, spam, or disruptive automation
• Collecting or storing personal data of others without their consent

You may not use Sag-AI for surveillance, behavioral profiling, deepfake creation, illegal file generation, or any activity intended to deceive or manipulate others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or organization that violates these terms or misuses Sag-AI’s services in a way that endangers others or undermines public trust.

Emergency Communication & Abuse Prevention

By enabling or using Asena’s emergency and safety features (including offline and device-based capabilities), you agree to the following:

--*You will only activate emergency functions during genuine emergencies or life-threatening situations.*

--*You understand that false, deceptive, or abusive use of emergency functions may result in temporary or permanent disabling of emergency access on your device.*

--*Sag-AI, its affiliates, and its AI systems are not responsible for delays, network outages, hardware malfunctions, or user errors that may impact emergency communications.*

--*You consent to local device logging of emergency activation data for the purposes of abuse prevention, performance verification, and audit integrity.*

--*These logs are stored securely and privately on the user’s device and may be provided to lawful authorities if required to investigate misuse, fraud, or malicious intent.*

By using Asena’s offline emergency or dispatch systems, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this section and agree to comply with all emergency-use and abuse-prevention guidelines described herein.

Your Data, Content, and Privacy

You retain full ownership of the content you submit to Sag-AI, including text, voice input, uploaded files, and project data. Sag-AI does not claim ownership over your ideas, documents, or conversations.

By using the platform, you grant Sag-AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service — such as generating replies, analyzing documents, or delivering voice responses. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

We do not use your content to train external AI models. Your inputs are not sold, published, or shared outside your control.

We protect all data in accordance with global privacy laws, including GDPR (EU), PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA (California), and other international standards. Sag-AI systems are encrypted, monitored, and designed to prevent unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the content you upload or submit. Do not use Sag-AI to process or store illegal, highly confidential, or harmful material. If you share content with others, ensure you have the right to do so.

AI Limitations and Responsibility

Sag-AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses, analyze data, summarize documents, provide insights, and communicate through natural language. While our systems are built for accuracy and intelligence, they are not perfect and may produce incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Do not rely on Sag-AI for decisions that require professional, legal, financial, emergency, or medical advice without human review.

Sag-AI does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content or guarantee the truthfulness of AI-generated outputs. You must exercise your own judgment when acting on any information provided by the platform.

We are constantly improving our systems, but AI has inherent limitations. It should be treated as a supportive tool — not a substitute for critical thinking, professional expertise, or ethical responsibility.

Platform Integrity and Security

Sag-AI is protected by advanced security measures, real-time monitoring, and ethical AI design. We reserve the right to take action against any activity that threatens the stability, security, or fairness of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
• Attempt to bypass authentication, firewalls, or access controls
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or tools to manipulate the platform
• Overload our systems, APIs, or data limits with excessive requests
• Upload malicious code or files designed to disrupt or exploit

Sag-AI may monitor usage for abuse prevention, system performance, and legal compliance. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate any account or IP address engaged in malicious or unauthorized activity.

We take infrastructure seriously — for our safety and yours. Misusing Sag-AI systems may result in legal consequences under applicable cybersecurity and digital protection laws.

Suspension and Termination

Sag-AI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You attempt to abuse or exploit the system
• Your actions endanger other users or compromise platform security
• Your account is used for unlawful, unethical, or harmful purposes

Account termination may include deletion of saved data, removal of access to tools, and the revocation of licenses or subscriptions associated with your profile.

If you believe your account was restricted in error, you may request a review. However, Sag-AI is not obligated to reinstate accounts found in clear violation of these Terms. For review requests, please contact us at:

Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Sag-AI offers paid subscription plans that may include monthly, annual, or enterprise billing cycles. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Sag-AI to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for time already billed or unused features.

All payments are final. Refunds are not offered for digital services, unless required by law in your country or province. It is your responsibility to review your plan details and ensure that the selected subscription matches your needs.

Sag-AI reserves the right to change pricing or service terms with prior notice. If you do not agree with any updates, you may cancel your plan before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sag-AI and its team, affiliates, developers, or contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation
• Errors in AI-generated content or reliance on automated outputs
• Delays, downtimes, or interruptions in platform availability
• User decisions based on advice, summaries, or results provided by Sag-AI

Sag-AI is offered "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of performance. You use the platform at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for the outcomes of your actions.

If any liability is established under applicable law, Sag-AI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the service within the last twelve months prior to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use — and any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from them — are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using Sag-AI, you agree that any legal action or proceeding must be filed and resolved in the courts of Alberta, unless required otherwise by local law in your jurisdiction.

We operate globally and comply with international legal frameworks. However, the foundational legal structure and jurisdictional seat of Sag-AI BuildTech is based in Canada.

If you use Sag-AI outside of Canada, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with your local laws and regulations.

Updates to Those Terms

Sag-AI may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or improvements to our services.

When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify you by email, platform notification, or by highlighting the update on our website.

By continuing to use Sag-AI after any updates, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform.
