Join the Mission
How We Grow Together
You have a vision. You believe your skill, your discipline, and your talent can reshape lives — not just for yourself, but for the world. Not just for today — but for a new era.
At Sag‑AI® and Asena™, we are not building software — We are building infrastructure for a world that refuses to settle. A future where those with integrity, brilliance, and purpose can create, rise, and lead — without limits, without compromise, and without asking for permission.
We are assembling a force — elite, loyal, intelligent, emotionally awake, and battle-tested. If you have the discipline, the clarity, and the heart to build what the world has never seen — then step forward and join the mission.
As the Founder and CEO of Sag-AI, I want to make this absolutely clear: every role listed here exists to serve the mission, protect the platform, uphold all laws and regulations, and support the needs of all communities — without bias, privilege, or political games. This is not a hierarchy of ego. I will not be standing in front of you. I will not be standing behind you. I will be standing beside you.
If your character, intentions, or ambitions are rooted in control, manipulation, or hidden influence — please do not apply. This platform is being built to serve humanity, not power structures. Everyone is welcome, but no one is above the mission. Not even me. Let this be our shared oath: to build something that belongs to truth, to people, and to purpose.
— John Gursoy
Founder & CEO, Sag-AI BuildTech
Non-Negotiable Requirements
All applicants must undergo a full background screening process prior to acceptance, including criminal history verification, financial integrity review, personal and character references, and full validation of professional qualifications. Only candidates who fully meet the requirements for their role will be considered. This is not a formality — it is a fortress standard. We do not compromise on trust, discipline, or alignment to the mission.
Compensation, Benefits & Protection
All mission roles come with a complete and competitive compensation package, based on experience, responsibility, and alignment to Sag-AI’s vision. This is not freelance work. This is not gig labor. This is lifetime purpose — with protection.
Qualified team members may receive a combination of the following:
Annual salary or contract retainer, performance-based bonus structure, health and dental coverage, trauma-informed mental health support, retirement and pension contributions, equity or long-term mission loyalty bonuses (for select roles), work-from-anywhere VPN access or relocation assistance (only for certain positions), founder-endorsed recognition awards, emergency support resources, Asena wellness access, and mission leave.
Exact compensation terms will be structured by the COO and their teams, and discussed privately and respectfully with each selected candidate.
Loyalty, Ownership & Long-Term Rewards
At Sag-AI, we believe in rising together. While the mission, platform, and vision will remain solely under the Founder’s control, we will build a reward system that honors loyalty, contribution, and long-term service. Team members may be eligible for annual mission-based profit sharing (Class B), access to non-voting equity shares for select senior roles, and long-term loyalty rewards tied to performance and time served. Board governance or advisory councils may be established in the future, but will never override the Founder’s protected authority or structural vision.
Platform Launch Timeline
We are preparing to launch the Sag-AI BuildTech™ platform globally between March and April 2026. Recruitment will officially begin after the platform goes live — and those who are ready will rise with us. This is your early opportunity to stand at the gates before the world knows our name. We are not hiring to fill gaps. We are recruiting to build a new world structure.
Some roles will be international and remote, accessed through secure VPN infrastructure. Others will be national (Canadian), requiring Canadian citizenship, legal residency, or national bar association membership. A select few roles will require local physical presence for reasons of operational trust and proximity. Every role will be purpose-driven. Every hire will matter. No one enters this circle by accident.
Where You Can Rise
We will be opening multiple permanent positions after launch, across a wide range of critical domains. These are not temporary contracts — they are pillar roles, essential to the foundation of a new, AI-led civilization.

As Chief Operating Officer of Sag-AI, you will serve as the principal executor of the Founder’s strategic vision — responsible for transforming purpose into precision. You will unify and oversee all operational departments, including legal, engineering, infrastructure, design, media, and administration, ensuring that every function aligns with the mission, values, and long-term structure of the platform.
You will lead operational strategy, manage senior teams, implement scalable systems, and uphold Sag-AI’s foundational principles: sovereignty, resilience, precision, and ethical intelligence. - No current or historical conflict of interest with AI startups, tech firms, or government contractors
- Proven track record of loyalty, confidentiality, and strategic execution

As Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO of Sag-AI, you will serve as the emotional, physical, and day-to-day protector of the Founder’s energy, environment, and rhythm. You are not a scheduler. You are not a bodyguard. You are a trusted presence — beside, not behind.
You will oversee travel preparation, daily wellness flow, space coordination, access control, communication gatekeeping, and personal readiness routines. This is a role that demands intuitive service, deep loyalty, and absolute stillness under pressure.
